A Note About Our Resources

Ben's Bridge is a peer-support and awareness organization created from lived experience from suicide loss. We are not mental health professionals, medical providers, or emergency responders, and the information shared on this website is not intended to replace professional medical, mental health or crisis care.

If you or someone you know is in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health crisis, please call or text 988 or contact 911.

Our hope is to provide connection, understanding, resources, and a bridge toward the professional support that may be needed.

YOU DONT HAVE TO FACE THIS ALONE.

Whether you are struggling yourself, worried about someone you love, or trying to find your way through life after a suicide loss, there is help available. Ben's Bridge exists because we know that suicide doesn't affect just one person. It leaves families, children, siblings, parents, friends and entire communities trying to find a way forward. YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

If you are in a crisis..

Call or Text 988 - the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline is free, confidential, and available 24/7. If you are in immediate danger, call 911.

YOU MATTER.

YOUR LIFE MATTERS.

REACHING OUT FOR HELP IS WORTH IT.

Asking for help is not a weakness. Sometimes surviving the next hour is enough. Sometimes what you need most is to talk to someone who has lived through something similar and understands that grief doesn't follow a schedule.

Ben's Bridge is here to help connect you with people, resources, and support.

You don't have to walk this bridge alone.
